With this job promotion, responsibilities are more focused with additional role to manage sales team for two  major therapeutic areas for my brand - Dermatology (psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis) and Gastroenterology (inflammatory bowel diseases). Also, will continue to manage the overall strategic planning, marketing and portfolio management for these two key therapeutic areas which are the growth drivers for the brand and organization.

Overall strategic planning and management for immunology portfolio for Dermatology & Gastroenterology, for Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore. Key therapeutic in responsibilities for the 3 countries are psoriasis, and inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis)

Overall strategic planning and marketing for pain product. Instrumental in spearheading multi-channel marketing ideas and collaboration within business unit functions. Instrumental in implementing innovative marketing programmes (tarot-card detailing, MEDALISTS campaign to promote the brand key messages of fast acting and long lasting (in conjunction with Olympic Games 2012). Key achievements included  consecutive double digit growth, since 2011. In 2010, growth was 4%, and my joining the company was mid of August 2010. 2011, growth was 14% and 2012, growth was 10%.

Managed a team of 4. Overall planning, development and implementation of patient support program for whole orgnization, supporting 13 key brands. Set up and managed a team of nurses (2), and a project team (2). Established call centre includnig infrastructure and CRM system for nurs support program. Developed nurse support program and tranining needs, and patient support programes modules.
